Title: Attorney at Law David has practiced law in the Skagit Valley since 1995; and he has worked as both a prosecuting attorney and a public defender. Additionally, David clerked for the Department of Justice. David was a commissioned officer in the United States Army Judge Advocate General Corps; where he served in a reserve capacity for nearly a decade. David and his wife Rebecca live in Burlington with their three children: Emma, Jake and Lyla.

David grew up in Skagit Valley and graduated from Anacortes High School. He earned an atheletic scholarship to Seattle University where he graduated in 1988 with a degree in Business Management; followed by a law degree in 1992 from Creighton University.
