Our office is located in the heart of historic Burlington, Washington. Mr. Lowell has 18 years of general practice experience. Our firm has created a niche in personal injury cases, family law (including divorce, child and spousal support, paternity and more), Criminal defense (including DUI), and Estates (Wills, probate).
